The data we receive depends on what you do on the website.

  • your email address and, if provided, your phone number;
  • the subject and content of your message.

When you request a quote

  • your name, email address and optional phone number;
  • your website or online store choices, domain name and project description;
  • the calculated price and delivery-time indication;
  • the page where your enquiry began, referring page and any UTM campaign data.

Technical and security data

  • IP address, browser and device data, and technical logs;
  • data Google reCAPTCHA needs to recognise spam and abuse;
  • after marketing consent: Meta Pixel data, including visited pages and Meta browser codes such as _fbp and _fbc.

Please do not send sensitive information, such as medical data or a copy of your ID, through our forms.

You can use the website normally without allowing marketing. Read the Google Privacy Policy, Google Terms, Meta Privacy Policy and Meta Cookies Policy for more information.

05

Who receives your data?

We do not sell personal data. We only share it where needed with:

  • hosting, email and technical service providers;
  • Google for reCAPTCHA and form security;
  • Meta for advertising measurement, but only with your consent;
  • accountants, advisers or public authorities where required by law.

We make appropriate security and confidentiality arrangements with parties that process data on behalf of AHIS.

Processing outside Europe

Google and Meta may process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where required, they rely on a valid transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

06

How long do we keep your data?

  • Contact and quote enquiries: up to 2 years after the last contact, unless you become a client or we need the data for a legal dispute.
  • Client and invoice records: usually 7 years, as required for basic tax records in the Netherlands.
  • Security logs: up to 30 days, unless we need to investigate an incident.
  • Meta cookies: up to 90 days; your local consent choice remains until you change or clear it.

After that, we delete or anonymise the data unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

07

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • give you access to the data we hold about you;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete data or restrict how it is used;
  • transfer your data;
  • object to processing based on a legitimate interest;
  • withdraw consent. This does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal.

Email [email protected]. We may ask for more information to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

08

Price indication and automated choices

The quote wizard automatically creates an initial price and delivery-time indication from your answers. It is not a final quote and has no legal or similarly significant effect. A proposal only becomes final after we personally review and discuss your enquiry.

09

Security, changes and contact

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No website is entirely risk-free. If you think something is wrong, please email us straight away.

We may update this policy when our website, services or the rules change. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
